Welcome to therockballymacavany.ie ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. 1. About Us

   therockballymacavany.ie is an Irish-based online store supplying:

   • Seeds & plant propagation materials
   • Apothecary cosmetics & wellness products

   Our business operates under Irish law.

2. 2. Products & Descriptions

   We strive to describe and display our products accurately. However:

   • We cannot guarantee the success of seeds or plant materials, as results depend on growing conditions beyond our control.
   • Apothecary cosmetics are for external use only. Always perform a patch test before full use, as natural ingredients may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. 3. Ordering & Payment

   • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
   • Orders are accepted subject to product availability.
   • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment methods.
   • You’ll receive an email confirmation upon successful order placement.

4. 4. Delivery

   • We ship within Ireland and selected countries in the World.
   • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, particularly for seeds and living materials which may be subject to seasonal dispatch.
   • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. 5. Returns & Refunds

   Seeds & Plant Materials:

   Due to the perishable nature of seeds and plant propagation materials, we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

   Apothecary Cosmetics:

   For hygiene and safety reasons, apothecary cosmetics and wellness products are non-returnable. Refunds or replacements will only be provided if you receive the wrong product or if the product arrives damaged.

   To request a return or report an issue, please email us at: helena.husinec@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including order details and photos if applicable.

   Refunds will be processed once we verify the error or damage.

6. 6. Allergies & Product Use

   Our apothecary products contain natural ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

   • You are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before use.
   • You will perform a patch test before full application.
   • We are not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

   All products are sold for personal use only.

   All content on this site (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use any content without permission.

   • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect or consequential loss.

   • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
