Ways to Work with Mugwort
As a tea: Steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried herb in hot water for 5–10 minutes. Sip slowly, especially in the evening, as part of a reflective ritual or to support dreamwork.
As a bath: Concoct 1 liter of water with a tablespoon of herb for 20 min on gentle simmer and add to your bath water.
As a dream pillow: Traditionally placed under the pillow to encourage vivid dreams and deeper connection to the dreamworld.
As incense: releases an aromatic smoke used for cleansing spaces, protecting the spirit, and attuning the senses before ritual or rest.
